Tillsammans sätter vi våra kroppar i rörelse, tar emot feedbacken vi får från rörelserna och är närvarande när vi känner. Rent objektivt ;)  gör vi det till väldigt bra musik.

Klassen bygger på en serie sekvenser som upprepas. Välj om du vill stanna i de mer jordande alternativen eller prova att låta vatten-, eld- och luftelementen inspirera dina rörelser.Det blir definitivt meditation och savasana och förmodligen lite fuldans och pranayama också.

Grundläggande närvaro är så basic att vi ofta hoppar över den, vi drar vidare till mer yviga gester eller rörelser. Men där i enkel närvaro med kroppens sensationer, finns ett djup av kontakt som bygger grunden under det som sedan blir vårt rörelseuttryck.

In this mini-workshop we cleanse the body, mind and lymphatic system so that our nervous system is calmed and the breath is fluid.

Through a combination of breath, touch and slow movement we awaken the body's intelligence, unwind the spine and then find a deeper orientation of a body that is moving, constantly changing and living.
