Breathwork, Sound and Movement

Connecting to self and others through gentle guided breathwork followed by expressions and being through beats and music, the afternoon ends with soft sounds to relax and integrate.

Join us of an afternoon of Celebrating Breath - Sound - Movement

Connection & Breathwork

Your breath and your movement are not separate things. Your breath is your movement.

When we breathe we move all our layers, bones, muscles, connective tissue and  the subtle bodies. We express through breath and movement, we change shape. Our voice travels with the exhale. The waves are all interlinked in a sacred system.

This may seem obvious, but when you approach your breath practice as a movement practice, it can transform into an internal laboratory of play and imagination. Connection through breath - to self and others

Music and  Dance

Music is more than just sounds. Music is vibrations..vibrations that awaken the rhythm of your body.. Makes it want to move.

Integration

As a closing circle we rest and bath in sounds of chimes, bowls, gongs and voice
