December 21st is still highlighted in our modern day calendars as ’Winter Solstice’, but rarely celebrated as it used to when humans lived closer to nature’s cycles.

This day marks the turning of the wheel of the year. We reach the darkest night just before the light of the sun yields to its slow return and the days begin to yet again lengthen.

It is a potent time to let go of the old, give thanks to lessons learned, and invite new intentions.

Together we’ll explore various elements to root for a new round of the wheel. You’re welcome just as you are to participate in your own way and manners.

CEREMONIAL CACAO
Sacraments of different kinds have been used and are being used to awaken the senses in celebration and ceremony. We choose to bless this evening with the Spirit of Cacao. This is a nutritional and heartwarming brew that supports us into subtly opening our senses. It has been used by indigenous people in Latin America since ancient times and it is an honor to receive the gift of this brew here in the cold winters of North.

REFLECTION

Feeling into what’s to release with the cycle of this year coming to an end.

How can we wire intentions for the new year mentally, energetically and physically? What are they? And what resources do we have to focus our intentions into manifestation?

SOMATIC STORYTELLING

An interactive self development practice and an invitation to explore the organic being that you are.

Explore communication beyond words, how your body interacts with the external environment and how it responds to your inner being. This element offers a deeper understanding for the conversation between body and mind.

EARTH FLOW

A meeting of yoga and shamanism which offers a vessel to connect with our physical bodies and Spirit through the layers in between. It holds inspiration from the animal kingdom in movements and sounds, and honors the Earth and her inhabitants in an exploration of the four elements. You’ll be guided into a structure that you´re free to move intuitively and organically within.

It will be an evening to remember.
