This is unique opportunity to experience Sound Bath of unique flavours.

You can lay down and let sounds and vibrations to take you on deep inner journey. Instruments used in Sound Healing traditions will be used skillfully to create deep healing trans.

You will be touched by Voices, didgeridoos, drums, gongs , singing bowls , string instruments, flurtes hand pan. Instruments tuned to frequencies optimal for brain entrainment and physio acoustic effect will be used skillfully.

No skills required, we suggest you wear cosy, comfortable clothing. We will be laying down on double layers of yoga mats and blankets.

In Sound Bath you will experience physio acoustic effect of instruments like Instruments like Gongs, didjeridoo, singing bowls which create resonant frequencies. By being immersed in vibrations of your nervous system relaxed. Sound Bath induce a meditative state, helping to calm the mind and reduce anxiety. As the body and mind relax, stress levels can decrease, allowing the body's natural healing abilities to be more effective.

Mateusz Krawiec

Sound Therapy facilitator, Artist, Yoga Teacher, and the founder of Sound Therapy Training. Originally from South-West Poland, living in Sweden. He is a former Lawyer, who dedicated his proffesional life to healing arts. "Since 2009 Sound Healing started becoming a big part of my life and with years it became my profession. Today sound is a form of my embodied spiritual practice, therapeutic tool and a form of artistic expression."

Mostly recognized for playing idiophonic instruments like Gongs, Crystal Bowls, Didgeridoo, and overtone singing. Focused in his work on physio acoustic, artistic and ceremonial aspects of Sound as Therapeutic modality.

Mikael Lejon

Mikael is a Sound Healer, Vocal embodiment coach & Medicine man.
Music & sound has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of Mikael Lejon.
For many years, he has explored the vast Universe of Healing the Body and harmonizing emotional and energetic states with sound, the voice, intention and movement. His curiosity has taken him on a journey around the world learning from different musicians and sacred circles & ceremonies. The Cultivation of his self-practice with deep toning, harmonics, throat singing & chanting has opened him to deeper parts of his resonant being.
