This 5-week course is designed to strengthen your body after birth, focusing on deep core connection, pelvic floor support, posture, and functional movements for everyday motherhood.

* Time to connect with other mums in a relaxed, welcoming space
Open to mums and babies from 8 weeks until crawling.
