A 5-week journey of vinyasa flow & meditation

Join us on Friday mornings for a 5-week exploration into The Art of Being — where mindful movement meets stillness. Each 60-minute session weaves together a creative vinyasa flow and a seated Zazen meditation guided by Shay.

This course invites you to move with awareness, breathe deeply, and rediscover the simple joy of being present. Rooted in Buddhist principles, we’ll shift the focus from striving to improving, toward softening into what is.

Each week builds upon the last, guiding you through embodied self-inquiry, sensory awareness, and moments of grounded reflection. You’ll sweat, laugh, breathe, and learn to rest more fully in yourself — cultivating presence both on and off the mat.

Open to practitioners of all levels who wish to begin their Fridays with mindful movement, meditation, and a shared sense of community.

Shay’s sessions are a blend of physical and mental engagement, weaving storytelling, asana, and breath to help you find your rhythm. This is more than just a class—it's a space to return to experiencing life fully.

Shay Peretz

Arriving to Stockholm in 2012 from Venice California; Shay has been in his practice for over 25 years.’
Shay's practice and style of teaching is rooted and has evolved from a prolonged residency at Green Gulch Zen Center - a Suzuki Roshi, Soto based Zen Monastery in the San Francisco Bay Area. With teachers and influences Ranging From Forrest Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Bhakti Yoga, Ashatanga Yoga.
His session are filled with laughter, story telling and a light hearted approach; with a focus on empowering the participant to nurture their intuition.
