Transitions + Inversions
4Beat Vinyasa Yoga Workshop
with Magdalena Fors
Expect a workshop with a focused blend of technical breakdown and practical drills to support smoother transitions and steady, embodied inversions — followed by a 4Beat vinyasa practice to integrate it all.
We will take a closer look at inversions such as Pincha Mayurasana, Headstand, Bakasana, and Handstand, including how to transition into and out of the poses with efficiency, control, and awareness.
Accessible, progressive, and detail-oriented, this workshop is designed for practitioners and teachers who want to move with greater clarity, stability, and ease between asanas — and upside down.
Suited for practitioners with some prior yoga experience, this workshop also welcomes yoga teachers who wish to guide their students toward safe, skillful, and conscious inversion practice. Whether you’re newly exploring inversions or cultivating greater resilience and confidence upside down, you are warmly invited to join.
The workshop will be held in English, unless all attendees are Swedish speakers.

Meet the teacher
Magdalena has been practicing movement disciplines since a young age. She has trained with a range of international teachers in yoga, handbalance & movement, including Marie-Ève Dicaire, Sammy Dinneen, Jason Crandell, Emily Mergaert and Marcus Veda.
With her base in Stockholm, Magdalena regularly assist her teachers in London for Teacher Trainings & retreats.
Magdalenas classes are created to provide a space where you can explore and deepen your practice in a steady pace and return to a state of being, hopefully feeling calmer, more focused and light.
The next workshop coming up in 2026:
