Restoring Intimacy
WITH YOURSELF THROUGH BREATHWORK & TOUCH THERAPY
Michelle often refers to Breathwork as the best couples therapy between you and you. For this session, we’re encouraging you to lean deeper into this notion through the weaving together of breath, self inquiry and Caroline’s guided touch therapy, in hopes of supporting you in restoring intimacy with the one you’re forever in partnership with – yourself.
We’ll begin our session in circle with an introduction to breathwork and touch therapy before leaning into the practices themselves. We’ll close our time together in circle with tea and chocolate where there will be space for group reflection if desired.

What is Breathwork?
This particular style of Breathwork is an active meditation technique that allows you to navigate and tend to your inner terrain by connecting with your breath to both ground your nervous system and support you in building a more resilient nervous system while relieving your mind and body of stuck, stagnant energy — in turn, creating a pathway for both an emotional and somatic release and the creation of new neural pathways.
Through liberating tension, stress and even limiting thought patterns, you’re better able to connect with the innate wisdom within, which can be a strong catalyst for opening your heart to honest self-love, self-healing, and self-acceptance.
Although it’s considered an activating breathwork practice, it has a feminine touch.
What is Touch Therapy?
Touch can be a meaningful way to support us in creating and rebuilding a felt sense of connection, compassion, trust and safety in our relationship with ourselves and our body.
When we receive touch from another we feel supported by or gently caress our own skin, our brain begins to release oxytocin, the love and bonding hormone that is known to help soothe our nervous system and reduce cortisol, the stress hormone.
During our time together, Caroline will guide you through a variety of therapeutic massage techniques and hand placements intended to create a regulating moment between you and you.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Starting June 7th your booking is binding, meaning there will be no refunds issued from that date forward. If you cannot attend the event due to sickness or other reasons, you can pay your spot forward to a friend.
PLEASE NOTE
This is an activating breathwork technique where you will be breathing in and out of your mouth for 30-40 minutes.

CAROLINE OSCARSSON
Caroline, also known under her business name Wholistically, offers holistic treatments and guidance by way of touch therapy and supportive conversations. You might know her as the co-host of the podcast Holistic Conversations or from hearing about her Signature Face Massage — a deeply restoring treatment of the face, scalp, neck and décolletage.
Through supportive sessions she holds space for those moving through transformative seasons in life, those who want practical or creative support to manifest a dream or those seeking guidance back to their own essence.
Caroline is an IIN Holistic Health Coach, Brand Strategist, Mayan Abdominal Therapist, Face Massage Therapist and havs been guiding and holding space within the realm of Holistic Wellbeing since 2016.
MICHELLE BAKER
Michelle is a teacher, guide and mentor known for her grounding presence and steady counsel. She is the founder of Radiant Wellbeing, which is home to her ever evolving offerings that aspire to braid together the sacred, seasonal and somatic.
Her work is centered around supporting people in navigating personal and seasonal evolutions by guiding them back home to the innate wisdom of their body through breathwork, movement, meditation and body focussed inquiry & coaching. She also mentors other visionaries and creatives in building and growing their heart-led, service based businesses.
Her love for poetry, curiosity, writing and well-placed humor is woven into the tapestry of all that she offers.
Michelle has been working with clients individually since 2013 and fostering community connection through retreats, trainings and group gatherings (both online and in person) since 2014.
