Refine your vinyasa practice and experience greater clarity and stability in your alignment. Together we’ll break down key elements in parts of the 4Beat Vinyasa sequence, focusing on selected standing postures such as warriors, folds, balances, and splits. Including options with props.
This is part 2 of a workshop series, each workshop includes a combination of theory, breath & vinyasa practice, in a space for personal reflection and community with fellow participants. With main focus is on your inner connection, providing a holistic experience that promotes physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Body mechanics: Learn key details to position yourself in various asanas and engage your strongest muscle groups & core, to support your body and reduce the risk of injury.
Sustainable practice: Discover how to use body weight and alignment to support your joints and build a practice that supports you long-term.
Self-assessment & awareness: Develop a clearer sense of mindful practice, paying attention to the internal actions and sensations within each pose.
For teachers and dedicated practitioners: take your practice further with increased confidence and clarity. Learn simple tools to support your self-practice and, for teachers, to guide others safely and clearly.

Meet your teacher
Magdalena teaches yoga with heart, lightness, playfulness, and presence — specializing in both dynamic 4Beat Yoga and gentle Yin Yoga. Based in Stockholm, she has trained internationally in India, the USA, and the UK. Her classes offer hands-on guidance to support alignment and a deeper connection to your practice.

A dynamic vinyasa flow founded in London with roots in Rocket Yoga - where the breath is synced to the slow, regular beat of the music: a moving meditation. When a group moves together in sync - get you into a deeper sense of unity, experience of flow and meditative state through the practice.

This workshop is suitable for all levels from beginners to years of experience. While some prior yoga experience is recommended, everyone is welcome to join with an open mind and curiosity!
