Curious yoga practitioners of all levels as well as teachers — come dive deeper! Refine your personal practice and understanding of the effects of the music & the breath - both on and off the mat.
Each class/workshop will include a combination of theory, breath & vinyasa practice, in a space for personal reflection and community with fellow participants. With main focus is on your inner connection, providing a holistic experience that promotes physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Meet your teacher
Magdalena teaches yoga with heart, lightness, playfulness, and presence — specializing in both dynamic 4Beat Yoga and gentle Yin Yoga. Based in Stockholm, she has trained internationally in India, the USA, and the UK. Her classes offer hands-on guidance to support alignment and a deeper connection to your practice.
What is 4BEAT Yoga?
A dynamic vinyasa flow founded in London with roots in Rocket Yoga - where the breath is synced to the slow, regular beat of the music: a moving meditation. When a group moves together in sync - get you into a deeper sense of unity, experience of flow and meditative state through the practice.
In a world of big cities, we choose connection. In 4BEAT Yoga, we believe in the power of “we” rather than ”I” —supporting, growing, and rising together.
This workshop is suitable for all levels from beginners to years of experience. While some prior yoga experience is recommended, everyone is welcome to join with an open mind and curiosity!
