4Beat Vinyasa Yoga Workshop
with Magdalena Fors
This is the fourth and final part of the 4Beat workshop series — where it all comes together.
This workshop is an immersive deep dive into the union of breath, music, and movement at the heart of 4BEAT — and how it affects the brain, nervous system, and state of mind. Beginning with a short lecture that weaves together themes from the previous workshops — beat & breath, alignment, and inversions — into a cohesive whole, you’ll move beyond technique and into the 4BEAT experience, culminating in a full 90 min 4Beat Vinyasa flow.
Less thinking — more feeling.
Less doing — more being.
Whether you’ve attended the previous workshops or feel called to go further in your yoga practice, this session is open to you. An opportunity to expand your understanding of the 4Beat practice, experience a longer class format, and connect with fellow curious yogis in Stockholm.
The workshop will be held in English, unless all attendees are Swedish speakers.
Warmly welcome to join!

About 4BEAT
4BEAT is a dynamic vinyasa yoga, founded in London by Marcus Veda. The practice born out of the Rocket yoga system, where we sync the breath and movement to the slow, regular beat of the music. Focusing the mind and the breath on a 4Beat count holds the concentration to a single, unwavering point, immersing the practitioner in a state of synchronous moving meditation.
In 4BEAT we reframe the idea that deeper, harder, further is the primary goal of asana, instead returning to the intention of steadiness, stability and balance in each pose as it comes. From advance-looking inversions or arm-balances, to the stillness of a simple-to-achieve, but difficult-to-master seated pose, staying in sync with the rhythm of the breath is the priority. The more “advanced” poses can be worked towards over time or modified, depending on where the practitioner is on that particular day (in their practice or life).
Meet the teacher
Magdalena has been practicing movement disciplines since a young age. She has trained with a range of international teachers in yoga, handbalance & movement, including Marie-Ève Dicaire, Sammy Dinneen, Jason Crandell, Emily Mergaert and Marcus Veda.
With her base in Stockholm, Magdalena regularly assist her teachers in London for Teacher Trainings & retreats.
Magdalenas classes are created to provide a space where you can explore and deepen your practice in a steady pace and return to a state of being, hopefully feeling calmer, more focused and light.
