Yin & Nidra Donation class
Warmly welcome to two hours of nurturing rest!
All levels welcome. No previous experience in Yin or Nidra required.
The first part of the class will be focusing on Yin yoga, followed by a 30 minutes long Yoga Nidra and we'll end with a pranayam.
Our intention with this class is to give you tools you can use in your everyday life too.

ABOUT THE TEACHERS
Jennie fell in love with yoga in 1997 and has been teaching full
time since 2005. She has attended a wide range of teacher trainings
and workshops over the years, ie. in Ashtanga vinyasa, Anusara
yoga, Vinyasa flow, Virya yoga,Yin yoga, Ayurvedic yoga massage and
anatomy. She is curious and eager to continually broaden as well as
deepen her knowledge; yoga is a lifelong experience.
Jennie strongly believes that there are many truths in yoga; what
is "right" will be different from one person to another, and her
intention with her teaching is to guide the students into learning
how to communicate with their bodies and mind; using principles of
alignment as a structure and then tuning in to what is true to them
instead of just listening to general guidelines. She encourages
curiosity and to cultivate breath, awareness and gratitude; to make
it easier to access these qualities into our everyday life, off the

Melanie has been teaching ashtanga yoga for over 20 years. Her
love of yoga comes through strongly in her teaching. She is
passionate about making yoga safe and right for everyone
individually. She mainly divides her time between Bristol and Goa,
practicing and teaching yoga and sometimes you can see her dancing
on the beach. For many years she was running the morning mysore
program at the Life Centre, one of London's most prestigious yoga
centres. She recently moved to Bristol, where she runs teacher
teacher trainings. She runs retreats in Ibiza, Sweden, Crete and
India and is the author of 'Teaching Yoga Adjusting Asana'
