Yoga in Life - 24-hrs course with Simon Krohn

Yoga has the potential to increase freedom and decrease suffering in your life. However, just doing your yoga is not enough. Whatever unfortunate patterns you are stuck in, you can and will bring them into your yoga practice if you do not know how to navigate. The traditional navigation tool is yoga philosophy.

This course offers a powerful journey into your own life, and at the same time it will provide a comprehensive introduction to yoga philosophy. We shall draw on this ancient wisdom and use its models to address, what the Indian philosophers call the root cause of suffering.

During four intensive days you will be guided through theory, personal reflections, group work and yoga practice. The focus will be to understand the basic ideas and connect them to your life and yoga practice, and to help you digest the many important points afterwards, you will receive a compendium and Simon will provide suggestions for reflections and practical homework to help you keep the process going. It is recommended that you read Simons book on yoga philosophy (available in Swedish) before the course, but it is not required.

The course is taught in English, and you can expect a challenging, joyful and (often times) transformational experience.

Who can join?
Anyone with some experience of yoga can participate, and the course is equally relevant for yoga students and yoga teachers.
