Prenatal yoga is designed for the pregnant body so that you can build up the strength you need during pregnancy and before childbirth. It is also a moment where you can unwind and take care of yourself a little extra during this special period of your life.

Lisa takes a very gentle, nurturing approach to prenatal yoga and
emphasises safe & appropriate asana practice as well as
incorporating Hypnobirthing relaxations & breathing techniques.
Hypnobirthing is an approach that helps to build confidence,
and set a positive mindset for birth by reducing fear and
misconceptions around birth and educating mothers/couples on the
physical & hormonal process of birth. Lisa hopes to provide you
with a safe space to really listen to your body through the many
changes it is undergoing, and to give your body, baby & soul a
little bit of love and care during this special stage of life.
