Friday 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm (19.30-21.30)
”Metamorphosis” – All levels
Launch the weekend with a powerful flow of asana, poetry, music and meditation. Metamorphosis derives from a Greek word that means to ”change form” and invites us to our own transformation. We will create a thematic opening with poetry from the yoga community and honor the power of each one of us to effect true positive change with our hearts, words and actions.
Saturday 11 am – 1:30 pm (11.00-13.30)
”Quantum Leap” – All levels
Expand your heart energy with this up-tempo morning practice of standing poses and progressive backbends for all levels. Together we will leap into the next level of our vibration and radiate greater light for all.
Saturday 3 pm – 5:30 pm (15.00-17.30)
”Inner Revolution” – All levels
Following the rhythm of the day, this afternoon session will turn inside with a more introspective practice of hip openers, twists and forward folds. It’s the inner revolution that ultimately inspires the true evolution of humanity.
Sunday 11 am – 2 pm (11.00-14.00)
”Evolution at the Edge = LOVE” – Intermediate/Advanced
Jump in and expand your edge in this lively and up-tempo practice of arm balances and deeper backbends. Be ready to shift your perspective and see what’s possible with the eyes of evolution. Evolve LOVE!
About Sianna:
Sianna Sherman is an internationally recognized and certified Anusara yoga teacher. She is known for her artful fusion of heart, alignment, therapeutics and creative sequencing. Sianna facilitates a sacred space for each person to feel held in a wider embrace of compassion and love. She shares her insights in the way of stories, personal experiences, poetry and yoga philosophy rooted in Tantra. She has a special devotion to collaboration, community and collectively concious gatherings that help elevate the vibration of humanity. As a regular contributor to YogaGlo online yoga, Origin Magazine, Yoga Journal and other media expressions, she wishes to serve the students with accesible information that helps them in the true transformation of their lives.
